Free bottle of wine to start off our first hoilday abroad, fresh bread rolls greeted us every morning and reasonable-sized swimming pools to help us enjoy a lovley holiday in Lanzorote. Highly reccomended. Very near to the beach and local supermarket. The apartments are clean and tidy with five beds and a single bath. Built in the middle of Costa Teguise so there are a lot of lovley resturants nearby….

We stayed in this hotel for one week before christmas. Over all this is a lovely hotel, the room was a good size and very clean.
The majority of staff were friendly, however i could not say the same for reception staff whom I found to be less than helpfull.
The Thomsons reps were excellent.

I stayed in this hotel for a week from 20-27 October, with my daughter, the weather was fantastic 28-30 degrees every day.
We arrived around 12.00 noon to be told we couldn’t check in until 14.00 but that we could sit in the lounge and have a drink, at 12.30 we asked if we could get something to eat after having an early morning flight and nothing to eat we were very hungry. we recently visited the santa fe hotel and oh my goodness i honestly want to go again

i went with ym boyfriend and my sister who is 6 (i am 21 and my boyfriend is 23)

the hotel was about a 5 minute walk (or two min bus journey) to and frmo the park

breakfast was no problem at all (we ate at the 7/7.30 sitting) although we did see q’s later on!

all in all a fantastic weekend with friendly staff comfy and CLEAN rooms

It has taken me this long to get over just one week at that hotel “if that is what you can call it”. Ok yes we did book last minute, but this was taking the you know what. Very very very small rooms, toilet/shower dirty, see the cleaners but not working just sitting down in reception. Do not trust staff, managers sit and watch you at the bar at all times, they also like you to run up a bar bill. Always pay for your drinks as you order as the bill…

We stopped in one of a few luxury caravans which were very clean and tidy I would highly recommend www.butlinscaravansatskegness.co.uk started what was an excellent holiday with great entertainment our kids loved it….

Don’t know what everyone is moaning about its a self catering appartment not a 5* hotel. Room was small & basic with only 2 cooking rings & kettle but clean. Couple of our lights weren’t working but were fixed immediatley with no problems. We stayed for a week 2 adults & 2 kids, towels were changed twice & toilet roll everyday(didn’t expect toilet roll as self catering so had already bought some). Everything about this resort was perfect. We found the apartment clean & the attached picture is the view from our balcony (idolic). The staff were so helpful and friendly. There was such a wide selection of buffet meals from fresly made pizzas, BBQ & various types of stewed dishes and different everyday.

Have just come back from a week’s stay here at Castillo Del Sol. Puerto Rico.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at the Castillo and can assure every one they should ignore most of the negative comments about staying here.

The Hotel pool is cleaned daily, having seen it done with my own eyes!!! Chemicals are released overnight into the pool and at around 8 AM a man physically cleans out the pool with brushes etc.
